Receiving

· Sample containers are evaluated to ensure viability.

· Strict Chain-of-Custody procedures followed throughout monitoring process.

· Samples are properly stored and movements controlled by Sample Custody Department throughout laboratory analysis.

· Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) enables tracking of sample movements throughout laboratory and provides current updates of monitoring analysis status as well.
