A rapid response to a crisis

(2-14-2014) CHARLESTON, WV -- REI Consultants, Inc. is proud to have been able to apply our expertise and responsiveness to the recent water crisis in the Charleston area.

Within 48 hours of being contacted, REIC scientists had developed a practical testing method for MCHM, in the absence of any approved procedures.  Within a short time, we enhanced that method to achieve a reporting level of 2 ppb.  To date, we have tested nearly 2000 samples, most within 24 hours of receipt.

REIC’s response to this crisis demonstrates our ability to apply sound science and technical expertise to difficult challenges.
